Sentinel Bracket Buster team of Iliana Limon, Matt Murschel, Brant Parsons, Mike Bianchi, Sean Pitts and Rich Pope for the Central Florida Life award. With over 50,000 page views and 75,000 votes cast, the unique contest to let readers vote for the state’s greatest college football player was a resounding success. It was a project that built momentum over its life and continually brought people back to the site. A total team effort: Matt, Brant and Mike were our faces of the contest who built the audience through active social media; Sean and Rich tag-teamed our high-end debate videos that raised the bar for in-house video; Iliana for her steadying leadership and writing round-by-round recaps.
