Let me start by saying I LOVE spicy food. I have never turned away a dish from being too hot, until I met Bloodhound Brew’s Dynamite Dog Wings. After reading the waiver I realized the sauce these wings were drenched in included ghost chili pepper and Naga Jolokia pepper. Which I believe equates to the world’s first and third hottest peppers known to man. I describe the wings to people as at first bite actually quite flavorful but by wing number 4 I felt a numbness quickly spread over my body and I thought I was going to pass out. Did I mention my hands were shaking uncontrollably at this point?
